Error description

• DB2 Admin Tool Resource Limit panel ADB2Z2RS must not
  allow line command U (Update) to update a row with plan name.
  
  
  DESCRIPTION:  Per Db2 Managing Performance manual regarding
  DSNRLSTxx resource limit tables, Resource Limit panel ADB2Z2RS
  must not allow line command U (Update) to update a row with plan
  name.
  
  As of Db2 z/OS V10, a PLANNAME in the DSNRLSTxx is not
  allowed/used.  The row needs to be reviewed and removed or
  changed as necessary.
