Error description

• Update messaging in COMPARE report to notify user of other
  affected objects.
  
  Current message requires remembering previous messages in order
  to know which table is affected, and the messaging says nothing
  about what tablespace is affected.

  If Object Compare converts a table space from PBG to PBR by
  using an ALTER TABLE statement with the ALTER PARTITIONING
  clause, the new message ADB7398I is returned:
  
  ADB7398I Table >name< is changing from partition-by-growth to
  partition-by-range. Table space >name< will be converted to
  partition-by-range by using ALTER PARTITIONING.
