Error description
After upgrading from CA11.0.8 to CA11.1.7 IF8, the time it takes to run a report that outputs a CSV went from 14 seconds to 2 hours 23 minutes. The number of CSV output rows is also different, 3135 for CA11.0.8 and 7178 for 11.1.7, and the output results are incorrect.
