Troubleshooting
Problem
You cannot open an application and receive the following error:
[ERROR]: [techmobile]: [JS-LargeDataDownloadManager]: Data download error for [MXAPITOOLITEM]: [{"name":"TypeError","message":"Cannot read property 'schema' of undefined"}]
Cause
The user does not have read access to MXAPITOOLITEM.
Resolving The Problem
Grant the user read access to MXAPITOOLITEM. Refer to Creating Work Center and Tool security groups for more information.
