Error description
[PROBLEM]: We are getting labor being silently removed from a Work Order when doing a reschedule. [Reproduction Steps]: ? 1) Go to Calendar application and create a calendar with the following 14 days shift pattern with Monday as start day: - for Sequence of Pattern Day 001-004: Start Time=7:30AM, End Time=4:30PM, Work Hours=7:30 - for Sequence of Pattern Day 008-011: Start Time=7:30AM, End Time=4:30PM, Work Hours=7:30 - for Sequence of Pattern Day 012: Start Time=7:30AM, End Time=4:00PM, Work Hours=7:00 - leave the rest blank 2) Apply Shift to the entire calendar 3) Go to Labor application and assign a labor to work the shift created in step 1 above e.g. labor ADAMS , attach DAY calendar ,1STFRIOF shift 4) Go to Assignment Manager application and filter for a labor code e.g. ADAMS 5) Click Modify Availability icon on the far right 6) Click New Row under Modify Work Dates 7) Input current date, Start Time: 07:30, End Time: 16:30 and Reason Code: PERS - Note: Hours column should auto populate to 9:00 8) Repeat step 6-7 for the days of the remaining working days of the week, and click OK - Note: negative time values should display in Labor list for the corresponding dates e.g. -1:30 9) Go to Work Order Tracking application and select any existing work orders e.g. 1215 10) Go to Assignments tab and click New Row 11) Enter ADAMS in the labor field. Save the record 12) Go to List tab and filter for work order 1215 13) Select ?Reschedule/Unassign Assignments? action and enter a future date of the week e.g. tomorrow 14) Select the work order and go to Assignments tab [CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT]: Indicates All assignments have been successfully rescheduled, however the Labor is removed from Assignment tab and scheduled start remain unchanged [EXPECTED RESULT]: - Indicate unable to reschedule due to labor having no availability - Or indicate reschedule to next available time [ENVIRONMENT]: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1-IFIX20211201
