Error description

  • IBM Business Automation Navigator exposed two URLs: One is Zen
URL, another one is Navigator Route. Due to technical issue BAN
Sync can only be supported by one of them.
In 21.0.3 IF007 and earlier, the default option is Zen URL.
However, this was changed to Navigator Route since 21.0.3 IF008
considering Navigator can't support session affinity then. But
now Navigator session affinity issue has been solved, so to make
better user experience, we decided to change it back to use Zen
URL as default to support Sync function.

For customers who want to still use Navigator Route, this can
    be achieved by setting "
    navigator_configuration.use_sync_with_zen_url: false" in CR.

this is configurable by CR parameter
    "navigator_configuration.use_sync_with_zen_url: false"
