  PH47800 adds functionality to LOAD to estimate the size of an
  input data set on tape when the data set and volume is managed
  by DFSMSrmm.
  If the data set is not managed by DFSMSrmm no improvement
  in tape data set estimation is provided.

• Modified LOAD utility to provide the aforementioned
  functionality.  This enhancement is intended for LOAD to
  lessen the need for NUMRECS specification, enable parallel
  index build in more cases, and help other cases that fail due
  filesize estimation issues.
