  The following changes are delivered in this APAR:

  Type4 Connectivity: JCC throws com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException:
  "Cannot change current package path when pre-existing package
  sets are in use on the connection. ERRORCODE=-4474,
  SQLSTATE=null" in a connection pool environment.
  If Application executes SET CURRENT PACKAGE PATH For
  every connection from pool this issue can appear.
  This issue has been fixed.(DBC-12230, IT41270)

  Type4 Connectivity: In a connection pool environment
  If XAER_RMFAIL returned from server during a ResultSet
  fetch, The connection needs to be cleaned from
  connection pool. JCC needs to raises appropriate event
  to the pool for the connection cleanup.
  This issue has been fixed.(DBC-11624, IT41578)
