Summary
FasterXML Jackson Databind, used by IBM Tioli Network Manager,contains a flaw where it did not have entity expansion secured properly. This flaw allows vulnerability to XML external entity (XXE) attacks. The highest threat from this vulnerability is data integrity. The library has been upgraded to 2.13.1 to address the issue.

DESCRIPTION: FasterXML Jackson Databind could provide weaker than expected security, caused by not having entity expansion secured properly. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to launch XML external entity (XXE) attacks to have impact over data integrity.
