  An application uses EXEC CICS WEB PARSE URL with a URL that has
  a query string that is greater than 256 bytes.  When the query
  string is returned to the program its length is correct but the
  data has been truncated.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHEIWB updated to correctly copy any size of query string
