Error description

• In CP4BA21.0.3IF009,  when you trying to Open Navigator Route
  URL, it falsely jumps to IAM
  service URL like https://icp-management-ingress.ibm-common-serv
  ices.svc/oidc/endpoint/OP/authorize?response_type=code&client_i
  d=******,you'll see error "This site can?t be reached".
