  Prior to this APAR, the MERGE statement could not use an
  index which has any index key columns that are updated by the
  MERGE statement.  With this APAR, such MERGE statements may
  choose index access with list prefetch (PREFETCH='L' in the
  PLAN_TABLE) as a potential access path.
