Error description

• After PH34768, an intermittent ABENDS0C4 occurs during any
  unload and a message such as the following can be issued:
  CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System
  Completion Code=0C4
  followed by

  at entry point omsgsTraceIntern at
  or
  From compile unit

  This can occur only if the DISPLAY UTILITY feature is enabled
  (i.e. VUU095/ENBDISP is set to YES).
  

Local fix

•   consider disabling the DISPLAY UTILITY feature by setting
  VUU095/ENBDISP is set to NO.
