APAR status

Error description

  • Unable to change the status of work order of Work Type PM and
    CAL from List View tab using the Select Records feature
    
    Steps to replicate:
    Go to CONFIGURATION MANAGER - PLATFORM CONFIGURATION - DATABASE
    CONFIGURATION
    Bring up WORKORDER object
    Select Action - MANAGE ESIG ACTIONS
    On Applications sections filter by Description=Work Order
    Tracking
    On Options section filter by Description=Cancel Work Order
    Place a check in the Checkbox E-Sig enabled?
    Click OK
    Sign-out and sign-in back
    Go to WORK ORDER - WORK ORDER TRACKING
    Filter by Work Type=PM or CAL
    Scroll to the end of the page select the option "Select Records"
    Select two or more record
    COMMON ACTIONS - CHANGE STATUS
    Select CANCEL status
    Click OK
    A message will popup is the work orders was generated by PM
    Click NO
    The Electronic Signature Authentication dialog box will show up
    asking for the user's password and reason for change, Enter your
    cretencials and a reason.
    Click OK
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Work orders does not get cancelled.
    A message will popup is the work orders was generated by PM
    Click YES
    The Electronic Signature Authentication dialog box will show up
    asking for the user's password and reason for change, Enter your
    cretencials and a reason.
    Click OK
    The Electronic Signature Authentication dialog box will show up
    asking for the user's password and reason for change
    
    The user is now stuck in a loop
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: Expects get the Work order in cancel status.

    This works if the cancel is done from within each work order
    record
    The work orders have Work Type of PM or CAL
    The work orders have Status of WAPPR
