IT41277: INCORRECT VALUE IS PERSISTED IN STORAGE INSIGHTS AFTER EDIT AND SAVE THE TIME WINDOW IN THE ALERT SUPPRESSION SETTINGS

Error description

• While creating alert policy, when the "Only send notifications
  after condition is violated for" is set for value more than
  127 minutes, the alert suppression settings are incorrectly
  persisted in Storage Insights.
  
  For example- When the value is set to 129 minutes, the alert
  suppression settings are incorrectly persisted in Storage
  Insights after save and re-check the value it shows -127 mins.
  If the value is set to 258 minutes, the alert suppression
  settings are incorrectly persisted in SI GUI after save and
  re-check the value it shows 2 mins.
