  ERROR: loadSecurityLibrary(687): skitLib 0x1f8ff80 but rc=2
  ERROR: loadSecurityLibrary(687): skitLib 0x1f8ff80 but rc=3

  different values.

  *                      error in loadSecurityLIbrary            *
  *                      indicating skitLib, a hex value, and    *
  *                      rc= some non-zero number.               *

  Plugin checks the error value after attempting to load the
  security library (gskit). The code considered a non-zero value
  an error but the error value should not be checked when the
  library is successfully loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• The library load API returns a pointer value. The pointer is
  NULL if an error occurred attempting to load the library.
  Plugin was corrected to only check the error value when the
  library was not successfully loaded (ie, a NULL value is
  returned from the load api).
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.23 and 9.0.5.13. For more information, see 'Recommended
