IJ40732: AFTER DUPLICATING THE PR, THE "WO TASK" FIELD BECOMES READONLY ALTHOUGH THERE IS SOME VALUE IN "WORKORDER" FIELD.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In PR application PR Lines tab and Charges To section, After
  duplicating the PR, the "WO task" field becomes readonly
  although there is some value in "Workorder" Field. This becomes
  editable once the application is saved. if a PR is duplicated to
  correct the task for a work order, it should allow the change of
  task when there is some value in Workorder field
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Created PR with one PR Line.The PR line contains a work order
  and a task in "Charge to" section.
  
  2. Duplicated the application and then tried to change the Wo
  Task in PR Lines tab .
  RESULT:
  
  It showed a pop up that "BMXAA2256E - Field WO Task is
  read-only."
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Once the PR is duplicated the "WO Task" field should be editable
  if the Workorder field is not null.
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
