Error description

• This issue can be seen when using the IBM Transformation
  Extender (ITX) Google Cloud Storage adapter.
  
  When using the adapter with a PUT() function, a 0 byte object is
  created in the target storage bucket on GCS.
  
  When using the adapter in a card, the map connects, deletes the
  existing object, and totally fails to recreate it with any new
  content.
