  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users of MQ client programs where the connection has been made
  with the option MQCNO_RECONNECT.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A request could not be sent to the server, and the client code
  should have begun to try to reconnect, but because of a logic
  error in the MQ client library code, it did not.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic error has been fixed in the MQ client library code.
