Error description

• After updating WebClient to v21.0.2, when Vault application is
  opened, it's not possible to get the credentials created on
  WebClient credentials section, and also, is possible to see
  "Error refreshing credentials" on Vault application and the
  following HTTP error on Vault logs:

  Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
