Customers who are using 21.0.2, may be having problems during their schedules, receiving the possible error message "An error occurred calling /secureapi/v1.0/en-US/execution/start. Details: Keyset as registered is invalid ". What causes the non-execution of schedules and processes/queues.
Local fix
Workaround: Go back to version 21.0.1.5
