Error description

• After a client channel connection was broken, 'AMQ9208: Error on
  receive from host' is reported, and the following FDC was
  generated by MQ code running
  in the the user application:

Problem summary

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When the connection broke between a queue manager and a client
  application using MQ's asynchronous consumption API, then a
  defect in MQ's client-side code caused a FDC to be reported when
  an internal use-count became negative.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ client-side aynchronous consume code has been updated to
  correct the error.
