IT41225: EXPORTED PERFORMANCE DATA FAILS TO DOWNLOAD

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Selecting the Export Performance Data option for a storage
  device completed the task successfully.  Attempting to download
  the resulting file from the completed tasks list gave the
  following error.
  
  Oops something wrong happened on our end. Try refreshing the
  page to fix the issue. Error code: COS:500.
  Reference ID: <reference_id>
  
  This occurred with a storage system that had # in the name.
  

Local fix

• As a workaround, select the affected device in Storage Insights
  and open the Properties page.  Click Edit on the bottom of the
  Properties page and edit the name field to remove any '#' in the
  label and then save the change.  Export the performance data
  again and then download the new .zip package.
