IT41154: RECLAMATION REPORT NOT FILTERING OUT ACTIVE VOLUMES

Error description

• To reproduce this problem, view the Insights - Reclamation page
  in Storage Insights. From there, observe that some of the
  volumes that show up are still associated with hosts, but that
  they also show ?none observed? in the ?Time of last I/O? column.
  This is an incorrect status; you can view current performance
  data for these volumes. The reclamation view is designed to show
  volumes not assigned to hosts and with no performance data for
  the last 14 days.
  These volumes appear in the reclamation report incorrectly
  because it appears that Storage Insights is not correctly
  querying for the ?time of last I/O? value from the monitored
  devices.
