Error description

• ========= APAR Template ==========================
  
  >> Abstract:
  
  For any new user 'xyz' other than root, we require bare minimum
  SELECT, PROCESS and EVENT privileges for it to successfully
  collect data from MySQL database server.
  
  >> Environment:
  All supported windows and UNIX/Linux versions of agent and
  servers.
  
  >> Problem Description:
  
  
  >> Impact: MySQL V6 agent doesn't connect to MySQL server and
  data is not seen on UI, logs will show Access Denied error for
  the new mysql user.
  
  Workaround:
  
  1. Execute below queries on MySQL database server.
  "GRANT SELECT,PROCESS,EVENT ON *.* TO 'xyz'@'hostname/IP' WITH
  GRANT OPTION;"
     Where hostname/IP is the host name or IP address of the
  machine which runs the monitoring agent. % can be used for
  allowing all hosts.
  "FLUSH privileges;"
  
  
  2. Restart the agent and verify data on UI
