IT41080: HOD 14.05 - PLAY MACRO DIALOG DOES NOT DISPLAY CORRECTLY.

Error description

• HOD 14.05 - When the Windows display scaling is something other
  than just 100% the Play Macro dialog will not be presented /
  displayed  correctly.  The Play Macro dialog should display
  correctly at a scaling / layout that are at 150 % and much
  higher
  
  (up to 200 %).
