Error description

• Client receives a message asynchronously ( receive wait ) and
  backs out the transaction without processing the message.
  
  That is done for the same message several times in a short
  period of time. This may cause SIB to reorder the lock and
  unlock events for the message so that the message remains
  locked at the end.
