Notes on the readme file: This document contains AIX, ksh based commands that are intended to be copied and pasted directly into sessions. This document was tested with Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® and Google Chrome. Google Chrome may copy single commands that span multiple lines as multiple lines leading to failures. While this represents a small number of commands in this document it can lead to confusion. Other PDF viewers have not been tested.
