  configuration tool failed when the #AUTHENTICATED-USERS is
  configured with Full Control permission for the design object

Local fix

• Go to ACCE(IBM administrative Console for Content Engine) >
  design object store > Events,Actions,Processes > Subscriptions >
   CmAcmProjectAreaSubscription > Subscribed Events >Selected
  Events
  
  Select Update security event and move it to the left i.e under
  the Available events.
  
  After running all the tasks revert the above change.
