• When Curentdatetime is greater than 12:00 pm and less than 1:00

Problem summary

  IBM Transformation Extender users using ADDHOURS function with a
  24 hour time
  
  Problem Description:
  When using a 24 hour time, ADDHOURS function incorrectly
  calculates the time between 12 noon and 1 PM.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct processing of ADDHOUR function. Previously, when adding
  to a 24 hour clock and the time was between 12 noon and 1 PM,
  ITX would incorrect determine that ITX was using a 12 hour clock
   and adding a hour would give a result incorrect result of 1 PM.
   Now ITX correctly determines what type of time ITX is using and
   gives the correct result of 13 hours when using a 24 hour
  clock.
