Question
Selecting the "Analyze Publish Impact" in Framework Manager results in the following error:
BmtActionHelp.cpp(488): CCLAssertError: CCL_RETHROW: BmtActionHelper::DoAction IBJFileOutputStream.cpp(89): CCLAssertError: CCL_THROW The application encountered a not recoverable error and is about to close. Contact your system administrator.
Cause
Is due to the lack of administrator permissions on the Windows server hosting Framework Manager.
Answer
Have the Windows Server Administrator grant the local user write and modify on the <FM Install>/temp folder.
