• Problem
  
  The Inspection Form field on the rows of the Multiple Assets,
  Locations, and CIs section in the Work Order Tracking
  application is not being validated when a value is entered
  receiving BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred.
  
  
  Steps To Reproduce
  
  1)  Go To Work Order Tracking
  2)  Create a new work order , populate all required fields
  3)  Click new row in the "Multiple Assets, Locations, and CIs"
  table and enter an Asset and/or Location
  4)  Enter "XYZ" in the "Inspection Form" field  and tab out (No
  error-no validation)
  5)  Save the record
  
  
  Results
  BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
  system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
  <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.
