Error description

• There is a difference in behaviour where the functionality seems
  to be going backwards. When creating a dashboard from a data
  module that imports two distinct data sets that are not related
  to each other, a filter in the filter bar from one dataset will
  cause an error in a viz based on the other dataset.  In 11.1.7
  that is not a problem when creating a dashboard. It just ignores
  the filter in the unrelated viz. However once migrated to
  11.2.1, the same scenario gives an error message in the
  unrelated dataset viz: In module "<name>", the following query
  subjects are not joined: "<name1>", "<name2>".
