Error description

  • Client has an integration that adds a name to SR.REPORTEDBYNAME.
    
    When the user tries to open the look up from Reported By field
    and return a value, they get an error

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    1. Login as maxadmin
    
    2. Go to Service Request application
    3. Insert a new SR and add basil to the Name field and save.
    4. In Reported By field click the > to bring up Select Value
    list.
    5. Pick Revis and you will get
