Error description

• When you try an online snapshot deployment, it fails with the
  following error in the log:
  [3/16/22 20:56:45:078 SAST] 0000009f InstallMessag E
  CWLLG3561E: Process application snapshot V1.2.4(V1.2.4) was not
  installed because of the following error:
  com.lombardisoftware.core.TeamWorksException: Property
  caseProjectArea in class ProcessAppInstallation is not declared.
  It must be declared to be used.
  

Local fix

• -Deploy a snapshot with the BPMInstall command with
  -skipGovernance option. See more detail in

Problem summary

• This issue occurred because the Governance toolkit is not
  properly imported by the BPMUpdateSystemApp command during the
  upgrade to IBM BAW 21.0.3.
