Question & Answer
Question
Why are the radio button options for List and Detail report disabled when creating an ad hoc report (QBR) in Maximo?
Cause
If there is no Report Object Structure (ROS), there can be no Detail type report. In this case, the List type is selected and the options are disabled. The same applies if the current user does not belong to a group that has access to any Object Structure for this application.
Answer
If an Object structure is created and the user's group given access to the ROS the button options will be enabled and the user can select between List and Detail report.
Refer to section 4.3 in Maximo 76 QBR (Ad Hoc) Reporting and ROS guide for additional information.
