Filter for Scheduler.

For Mobile component environments:
There are a couple of fixes on the Mobile Component to be made in the upcoming Maximo Application Suite patch. We expect to release this patch in 3Q 2022. To make these fixes available in your current Mobile environment, here is a workaround to add the updated mobile core API.
Using OC CLI: Connect to the OpenShift environment.
