Troubleshooting
Problem
Generate PDF file using Share/Export from Planning Analytics Workspace does not contain any chart if book contains image.
Symptom
Only header text was included in PDF but image and chart were missing.
Cause
In any reason, during generate PDF file, Planning Analytics Workspace failed to access target image link, then contents were missed.
Diagnosing The Problem
Like following error logged in prism-app/app.log.
error: HTTP GET /board/app/proxy?Url=<Image url>&callback=html2canvas_0

Resolving The Problem
Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.73 and later:
You can use copy and paste image to book.
Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.72 and lower:
Convert image file to Base 64 encoded text file then enter this instead of URL in Image link as follows.
URL:
http://<URL>
Base 64 encoded text:
data:image/png;base64,<converted text>
