Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. In manage Inspection Forms, create 2 or 3 forms and change
    them to ACTIVE.
    2. Change the user's default insert site to one which is part of
another org and create another 2 or 3 forms, then change them to
    ACTIVE.
    3. From Organizations application, access these 2 orgs and
change their Autonumber Setup, from both org and site levels,
then change their INSPECTIONFORMNUM to some random lower number
which has already been used to identify a form, then go through
the steps 1 and 2 again.
    4. Check if there's any form with a repeated INSPFORMNUM. There
could be forms like that or not. It's a hit or miss. If there
    isn't any, repeat steps 1, 2 and 3.
    5. Go to Routes application.
    6. Create a new Route.
    7. Add a new row for the Route Stops section.
    8. Type the inspection num in the Inspection Form field and tab
    out.
    9. A magnifying glass icon will appear inside the Inspection
Form field, indicating there is more than 1 record with that
    name.
    10. Click on the magnifying glass icon and select the first
    item.
    11. Add a new row for the Route Stops section.
    12. Type the inspection num in the Inspection Form field and tab
    out.
    13. The magnifying glass icon will appear inside the Inspection
    Form field again.
    14. Click on the magnifying glass icon and select the second
    item.

    RESULT:
See the route stop ended up picking the first inspection form
from the lookup, which is from another site, but has the same
    INSPFORMNUM.

    EXPECTED RESULT:
Correct inspection form to be picked.

    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    TPAE 7.6.1.2

Local fix

  • INSPECTIONFORM relationship from the ROUTE_STOP object have its
    where clause changed.

    Currently it is:

"inspformnum=:inspformnum and status in (select value from
synonymdomain where domainid = 'INSPECTFORMSTATUS' and
    maxvalue='ACTIVE')"

    Change to:
"inspformnum=:inspformnum and siteid=:siteid and status in
(select value from synonymdomain where domainid =
    'INSPECTFORMSTATUS' and maxvalue='ACTIVE')"
