JR64767: CREATING AN INTEGRATION SERVICE FAILS IN DESKTOP PROCESS DESIGNER

• When you try to create an integration service by dragging
  content integration from the palette in Desktop Process
  Designer, it fails with "Server specific configuration is not
  available for environment AUTHORING_ENVIRONMENT" error message.
  
  Additionally, you see the following exception in the Process
  Designer logs:
