Error description

• PROBLEM:
  Map toolbar is not displaying when field 'Refresh map interval
  in seconds' is populated.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Open the Application Designer application
  2. Search for the Asset application
  3. Move to the Map tab
  4. Open the Map properties
  5. Populate the field 'Refresh map interval in seconds' (tested
  with a value of 60)
  6. Save the application
  7. Move to the Asset Application
  8. Select a record and move to the Map tab
  
  RESULTS: Edit Icon still not appear
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The edit icon should appear when changing between tabs and
  moving to different assets within the application.
