Error description
When message CWWKB0101I is issued, and an Angel process is started, the server typically does not have sufficient authorization to connect to the Angel process. There are several things that might prevent the server from connecting to the Angel process, but the message does not help us determine which it is.

Problem conclusion
A new message, CWWKB0115I, was added and is issued when the user starting the Liberty profile server instance does not have SAF authority to the BBG.AUTHMOD.BBGZSAFM profile. A reason code was appended to message CWWKB0101I which can be used by IBM support to help diagnose a problem connecting to the angel process. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.9.
