PI61645: SOME LIBERTY FIXES ARE NOT SHOWING IN LIBERTY LOG MESSAGES

Error description

PROBLEM:  When starting a WebSphere Liberty server message
CWWKF0015I:
lists the installed APARs and the customer expected this to
be
the same list of APARs they see when running this command:
./productInfo version --ifixes
(from /WAS/usr/lpp1/zWebSphere_Liberty/b5/bin: )
BUT one APAR was not shown in the CWWKF0015I list of APARs.
This one 'missing' APAR was determined to be the only APAR
for
which only native code was changed, but now Java code was
involved.

not all installed fixes.  The current message text and
description does not
make it clear that only fixes that are active in the runtime are
listed.

Problem conclusion

Updated CWWKF0015I and it's description to make sure it is clear
that the message does not list all installed interim fixes.
Updated CWWKF0014W and it's description to make sure it is clear
that the message does not list all installed test fixes.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
delivery information:
