PH45661: REMOVE BLOCK SIZE CHECK PROCESS FOR HALDB OSAM LDS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After applying APAR PH38867 / PTF UI77161, job fails with
  HRF01163E  DD xxxx block size is not size defined in RECON
  HRF01000I  Verify input ended, return code is 20
  
  HRF01163E indicates that the actual block size of the indicated
  OSAM data set is not the same as the block size that is defined
  in the RECON data set.  This check was added with APAR PH38867
  but is being removed with this APAR.

  The message HRF01163E indicates that the actual block size of
  the indicated OSAM data set is not the same as the block size
  that is defined in the RECON data set. This check was added
  with APAR PH38867 but is removed with this APAR for HALDB OSAM
  LDS.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that ORF ends normally if the actual
  block size of HALDB OSAM LDS is not the same as the block size
  that is defined in the RECON data set.
