• A gateway-peering object will come up even if a cluster-node
  does not have a valid IP address; e.g.

Problem summary

• A DataPower gateway Peering object may come up when configured
  with an invalid IP address.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 2018.4.1.20, 10.0.1.7, and 10.5.0.0.
