APIGW might propagate the Content-Encoding header from the backend to the client even thought the response payload have been decompressed to return to the client.

Problem summary
API Connect Gateway Servive might send the Content-Encoding header from backend back to the client. That Content-Encoding header should be removed in the response to the client.
