APAR status

Error description

  • Granting Users access to INCIDENT and/or PROBLEM application
    with other HSE applications marks the users as unlicensed Users
    in the License Usage Monitor Applications.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    Go to > Security Group
    Create a Group
    Go to the Applications Tab
    Filter for INCIDENT,PROBLEM
    Grant Full Access to both applications
    Save
    Go to > Administration> Licens Usage Monitor
    You will notice that these Users are marked as unlicensed
    
    
    This issue happens in environments with HSE (Health, Safety
    and Environment Manager) Addon.
    
    
    
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULTS:
    
    
    Data Collection crontask for the Licesne Usage Monitor
    Application will Mark the user as unlicensed users.
