Error description

• Email alerts about a disconnected data collector are
  unexpectedly received.
  
  Example:
  At <date & time> we noticed that a data collector in your
  environment has not connected to IBM Storage Insights.
  
  The alerts happen occasionally.  Every time the data collector
  status is checked after an alert, it is found to be connected.
  No outage within the customer environment is believed to have
  occurred.
