• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Messages for z/OS Product registration do not contain the
  full four part version.  They contain only the first two
  parts.  Here is an example:
  
  CWWKB0108I: IBM CORP product Liberty Dev Use version 21.0
  successfully registered with z/OS.
  
  In the case above the message should have contained a
  "21.0.0.9" value.

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified in the z/OS Product registration path to
  issue related messages with the full version.   Such as:
  
  CWWKB0108I: IBM CORP product Liberty Dev Use version 21.0.0.9
  successfully registered with z/OS.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 22.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
