Error description

• When generating an apply job for a change ( WSL = NO ), an error
  in ADBGAJOB occurs when processing ALTER statements and a
  needed inline REORG utility command.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When generating an apply job for a      *
  *                      change (with WSL = NO), an error in the *
  *                      ADBGAJOB step occurs when processing    *
  *                      ALTER statements during analyze and     *
  *                      results in an RC=12.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  The user attempted to generate an apply job with WSL=NO for an
  object change. The change requires two ALTER operations with a
  REORG utility operation in between to reset pending changes.
  This situation resulted in the following error messages:
  IKJ56247I FILE ALTERDD NOT FREED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
  Apply exec ADBGAJOB ended
  ISPD117 The initially invoked CLIST ended with a return
  code = 12

• The problem has been resolved.
